Thank you for submitting a landlord-initiated application!
1. Your tenant will receive an email notification with instructions to complete their portion of the application.
Remember: Both tenant and landlord must complete and submit their portions of the application and documentation in order for you to receive funding.
2. Let your tenant know that you submitted an application and to look for an email from email@example.com to complete their portion of the application.
They will have 72 hours to complete the application.
If they have any questions, let them know to call (760) 249-2535 to speak to our team.
Tip: If your tenant says they can’t find the email, suggest they check their “spam” or “junk” inbox.
3. You will be notified whether or not your tenant completes the application within the 72 hours.
If your tenant does not complete their portion of the application, it will be considered incomplete and closed within our system.
